Rolling closes : Charged at a 30% discount to the first close fee, deal terms must be identical to the first close
Distribution fees : Partial exits, dividends or secondary sales: 0.5% of the distributed amount, capped at £3,333 or $5,000. Full exits: a flat £666 or $1,000. Fees charged pro rata across investors in the distribution event.
Additional work: caused by a party’s errors (such as incorrectly completed or signed documents), late or failed payment, or re-documentation requested by a party: £500/hour, charged to the party responsible. We’ll give you an estimate first.
